LCD
Televisions are often confused with plasma screens - but LCD (Liquid
Crystal Display) is a very different technology.
LCD still gives you an ultra-slim screen but is not plagued by some
of the troubles that can affect plasma screens. LCD screeens are immune
to burn-in - but they do have other similar problems - most notably
pixels that get stuck or wear unevenly - that may result in smll black
spots on the screen.
The picture on LCD is super bright and absolutely crystal clear. The
screens can be wall mounted and are ideal for that extra TV in the
bedroom or kitchen. Most models have built in speakers and some have
FM radio too.
