Vodafone - who entered the landline market in 2009. are offering a package of always on upto 8Mb broadband (40Gb a month limit) , line rental and all local and national landline calls for just €45 a month.
If you are a Vodafone mobile customer on a pay monthly scheme - you can get this bundle for less.
You can sign up with Vodafone online . This package is the cheapest phone and 8Mb broadband bundle in Ireland with unlimited anytime calls.

Cable and Fibre Broadband
In the main cities UPC and Magnet offer high speed broadband - with speeds of upto 100Mb supposedly available.
Magnet fibre to the home is available in many Dublin areas with prices starting at €54.99 a month for broadband and digital TV
UPC charge €80 a month for the100Mb speed broadband - availability limited.


Mobile Broadband :
Mobile broadband speeds and signal reliability tend to vary a lot depending on where you are. I
Prices for most mobile broadband bill pay packages are around €20 a month. All the Irish mobile providers now also do Pay as You Go mobile Broadband - which suits people like students better.
